Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret quality requirements and assist suppliers in the development of robust processes
  • •Ensure flow down of requirements internally and to sub-tier suppliers
  • •Assess/develop supplier’s quality capabilities throughout the product life cycle
  • •Identify and correct systemic performance issues
  • •Implement effective Root Cause Corrective Action

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) with 6+–8+ years of relevant experience
  • •Experience with Supplier Quality Management and developing products to Raytheon and customer requirements
  • •Familiarity with AS9100/AS9102/ISO-9000/ISO-9001/AS9145 or equivalent aerospace regulations
  • •Experience with Military/Defense or Aerospace industry specifications/standards
  • •Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
