Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and test threat actor emulation tools, tactics, and procedures for on-demand Red Team assessments.
  • •Partner with threat intelligence to ensure emulation capabilities match the current threat landscape.
  • •Consult with cross-functional teams to ensure controls are in place and test controls for application, systems, and network remediation.
  • •Coordinate and monitor third-party penetration testing engagements, ensuring requirements and reporting are met.
  • •Assess, train, and develop Red Team members, and help coordinate remediation plans for findings.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
  • •5–7+ years of penetration testing and/or red team experience.
  • •Associate's degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
  • •Expert understanding of security architecture and threat actors, including TTPs.
  • •Advanced experience with security assessment toolsets and automation/scripting; OSCP/GPEN/OSCE/GCIH/GXPN preferred.
