Director, Automation and Reporting

Lead Visa’s enterprise reporting and automation strategy across the Corporate IT portfolio. Own the reporting/analytics function and define a data warehouse strategy, integrating operational, workforce, and vendor/spend data to deliver dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries. Build and manage a team of automation engineers and reporting analysts, establish governance and standards, and partner with engineering and operations to prioritize automation initiatives, including Generative AI.
