Senior Software Engineer on the AI Technology team building and shaping an internal agentic AI platform. You will design and implement AI-powered workflows, contribute to MCP Server/Gateway, enable data-driven investment decision support, ensure code quality, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to turn requirements into high-impact AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the agentic AI platform and tooling, collaborating with product teams and stakeholders to shape feature definitions and build AI-powered solutions into applications.
•Design and implement new Agentic AI-powered workflows that run continuously, analyzing data sources to surface information for investment decisions.
•Create agentic AI tools, contribute to MCP Server and MCP Gateway, and deploy an agent evaluation framework.
•Perform User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders and iterate on design and implementation until successful.
•Improve code quality and development lifecycles, identify gaps, and continuously enhance both the core platform and developer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in Python.
•Experience creating and integrating REST APIs and event-driven/asynchronous architectures.
•Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Elasticsearch).
•Experience with AWS cloud services (S3, OpenSearch, DynamoDB), Kubernetes-driven deployments, GitHub Actions, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
