Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop AI+CAE application scenarios for structural analysis, drop testing, fluid dynamics, and thermal management.
  • •Build surrogate models, rapid prediction models, and intelligent evaluation methods from simulation and test data.
  • •Develop lightweight tools that help design engineers rapidly assess performance from 3D models or key parameter inputs.
  • •Automate CAE pre-processing and post-processing, batch simulations, DOE, and optimization workflows to improve analysis efficiency.
  • •Standardize management of simulation, test, and design data to support model training, validation, and continuous iteration; collaborate across design, testing, manufacturing, and digital teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Solid Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in CAE simulation development, including 5+ years in simulation automation or AI-enabled engineering applications.
  • •Strong knowledge of structural analysis, drop simulation, fluid analysis, and thermal analysis.
  • •Proficiency with at least one CAE software package: Abaqus, Ansys, LS-DYNA, Fluent, or STAR-CCM+.
  • •Proficiency in Python and C++, plus a solid foundation in machine learning (surrogate models, DOE, design optimization, or intelligent evaluation tools preferred).
