Join the Wise Platform Pricing Analytics team to improve the pricing model and perform P&L analysis for Wise Platform. You’ll identify pricing and cost improvement opportunities tied to profitability and growth, investigate complex cost data, and influence upstream data quality and allocation methodologies. Monitor financial performance and surface actionable insights behind key profitability drivers, while helping evolve pricing strategies through data-driven cost and driver analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and propose pricing and cost improvements for Wise Platform linked to profitability and growth outcomes.
•Investigate complex cost data and drive improvements in upstream data quality and revenue and cost allocation methodologies within Product Economics.
•Explain underlying product economics that contribute to prices and liaise with subject matter experts to understand economic drivers.
•Monitor and review Wise Platform financial performance and surface insightful, actionable insights on profitability drivers.
•Contribute to pricing model improvements by applying cost and cost-driver knowledge to pricing strategies.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in data analytics.
•Strong stakeholder management skills to influence analytics, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact change.
•Extensive SQL experience building and maintaining complex data sources with visualization to surface insights.
•Experience with dbt and robust data modelling, including navigating complex dbt projects and creating reusable, maintainable data assets.
•Ability to apply cost and cost-driver knowledge to pricing strategies and communicate underlying product economics.
