Job Summary

Lead a cross-functional board design team to design and deliver the AI server switch product. Drive design reviews, debugging, validation, and customer discussions from RFQ through production. Collaborate with Power, ME, SI, and Layout teams to ensure hardware block-level integrity and comprehensive testing coverage, shaping AMD’s AI, data center, and embedded networking solutions from Taipei.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a cross function team to design AMD AI product solutions
•Provide design review results including hardware block-level, circuit and layout, and recommendations
•Debug and prioritize issues found during bring-up, validation, and production phases
•Discuss and define switch specifications by understanding customer RFQ and engaging with customers
•Review testing coverage and items, consolidating tests to improve efficiency

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering
•10+ years of experience in Ethernet Switch hardware and product development
•Extensive cross-function collaboration with design teams (Power, ME, SI, Layout)
•Design review ability: hardware block-level, circuit and layout, with recommendations
•Ability to discuss customer RFQ and discuss specifications with customers
