Job Summary

Own the product roadmap for user account identity, preferences, and end-to-end account lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities

•Own the product roadmap for user account identity (individual/institutional) and preference settings, including end-to-end account lifecycle management.
•Drive login and authentication productization (standard login, third-party login, QR code login) and own OKX Wallet ↔ exchange account connection design plus third-party app OAuth authorization.
•Own the design and evolution of account hierarchy and permission systems supporting diverse business models.
•Partner with institutional, compliance, and risk teams to translate growth targets (AUM, trading volume) into an account infrastructure roadmap; drive adoption of institutional capabilities like RBAC and custody.
•Track account-related complaints and support tickets to reduce friction while driving AI transformation and adoption of AI agents in day-to-day work.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning account systems/permission systems/compliance systems, or complex To B/To B+C hybrid platform products.
•Strong systems-architecture mindset to translate business requirements into product solutions and collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
•Strong business judgment and data sensitivity to drive prioritization and product decisions.
•Strong cross-team and cross-region collaboration/communication with internal teams, institutional clients, and regional compliance needs.
•Skilled at working with AI; fluent in both Chinese and English as working languages.
