Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams in predictive and preventive maintenance, machine repairs, and safety-focused work methods.
  • •Train employees and supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation to ensure high performance.
  • •Schedule maintenance in collaboration with Production and develop maintenance systems (prevention/predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, safety).
  • •Troubleshoot equipment failures, provide long-term solutions, and maintain equipment reliability using KPIs and status reporting.
  • •Ensure maintenance work complies with USDA regulations, maintain accurate records and inventory, and manage continuity when key personnel are absent.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process or project.
  • •Ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting for high-level process issues.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
