Key Responsibilities

•Provide timely, accurate failure/issue knowledge to Raytheon programs to minimize production/sustainment impacts and costs
•Identify root cause, usage boundaries, and communicate findings to impacted programs
•Interface with multiple internal stakeholders and external customers to support resolution and mitigation of program impacts
•Interpret data and analyze results to inform decision making
•Understand potential quality and reliability issues from faulty or counterfeit components and warning programs that may be affected

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of engineering experience
•Experience presenting issues with recommended action plans to program officials and driving implementation of changes
•Experience with component data/drawings and part applications meeting program objectives
•Experience with BOM use, indenturing, and management for development and production programs
•Knowledge of MIL-STD drawings, standards, QPLs and QMLs in design packages
