Key Responsibilities

•Hold regular syncs with local marketing teams to review live campaign metrics, audit status, and monitor media spend pacing; flag underperforming markets for deep-dive.
•Strengthen workflows from strategy through local execution, creative/localization, and performance adjustment, identifying gaps across top/mid/bottom-funnel alignment.
•Lead AI tool adoption within local marketing arms to improve structural workflows, reduce creative overhead, and increase production efficiency.
•Act as regional creative gatekeeper by reviewing localized channel assets and developing scalable workflows for creative adaptation and asset variations.
•Extract data-driven learnings from successful regional strategies and build unified playbooks to standardize ad product adoption across markets.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years managing multi-market digital marketing campaigns, ideally from a digital performance/creative/social-first advertising agency.
•Full technical mastery of full-funnel account structures, optimization, and bidding across Google Ads (Pmax, YouTube, DV360), Meta Business Manager, and TikTok.
•Experience with campaign setup including budgeting, bidding, targeting, and optimization, with the ability to coach and explain issues to markets.
•Strong ability to diagnose account health, structural flaws, and budget misallocations via rigorous geo-targeting health checks.
•Strong adaptability and localization sensitivity to balance centralized direction with local execution needs; fluent in English (additional regional language a plus).
