Employee Relations Partner, Human Resources

Serve as the key subject-matter expert for employee relations, handling workplace conflict, performance concerns, misconduct, and policy violations. Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary processes with professionalism and discretion, while advising leaders on performance, disability management, accommodations, leaves, and return-to-work plans. Maintain strong knowledge of employment legislation and human-rights requirements, develop leader training, and partner with Employment Law and Compliance to mitigate risk.
