Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Lead installation of electrical systems that interconnect the solar array to the customer’s residential grid power.
•Ensure all electrical work meets good workmanship standards and complies with NEC and local codes.
•Complete assigned solar battery installations.
•Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues.
•Safely plan and complete Main Panel Upgrades (MPU) and coordinate upgrades/repairs with branch teams, homeowners, and local inspectors.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 46.61 - 62.15 hourly

Key Requirements

•Electrical installation and repair experience.
•Experience wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
•Working knowledge replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels (preferred).
•Must possess a valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification (or equivalent per local/state requirements, e.g., wireman license).
•Ability to maintain a clean driving record, pass a driving background check, and be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
