Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while meeting security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Educate clients on using mobile banking tools, including remote deposit capture and contactless payments.
  • •Act as a first-line consultant by listening to customer needs and matching them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
  • •Welcome customers throughout the space and ensure a warm, community-focused experience during busy periods.
  • •Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50-mile radius and maintain reliable attendance and readiness for required training.
