Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain privilege governance metrics, systematically monitor indicators, and perform attribution analysis to assess governance level and provide risk inputs.
  • •Construct the privilege governance system, define privilege risk identification, and implement governance solutions to enhance privilege management and collaboration.
  • •Write privilege management regulations/policies, optimize privilege management processes, and innovate privilege management methods.
  • •Operate the internal privilege management platform, develop operational plans/processes, handle daily platform issues, and drive resolution of business-related problems.
  • •Integrate emerging technologies (large language models, AI agents, privacy-enhancing computation, trusted computing) into access governance practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or Computer Science.
  • •Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in security governance, access/privilege governance, consulting, or security platforms.
  • •Excellent communication skills with logical thinking ability.
  • •Strong learning mindset and team-oriented mindset with steady, composed approach.
