Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets
  • •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive improvement steps
  • •Provide coaching, development, and performance management; proactively communicate expectations, performance measures, and goals
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, train associates on quality control, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years)
