Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead safety plans and safety-first improvements across all NAP site locations, partnering with SHEQ and Health & Safety leaders to ensure robust improvement plans.
  • •Oversee Site Operations Managers and direct day-to-day operations to ensure best-in-class safety, performance, and quality.
  • •Own full P&L responsibility for the NAP operations budget, delivering cost savings without compromising safety or quality.
  • •Translate business strategy into site-level operational strategy, driving continuous improvement to maximize productivity and reduce cost.
  • •Partner on S&OP and operational planning to balance demand, capacity, labour, materials, and equipment; monitor KPIs and deliver future site optimization projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree education in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management or related field.
  • •Significant experience in an Operational Leadership position in a multi-sited manufacturing environment.

  • •Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills, with experience driving safety projects across multiple locations.
  • •Ability to translate business strategy into site-level operational strategy, set KPIs, and lead operational improvement and capacity/delivery plans.
