Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technically complex cybersecurity programs across the CISO organization and coordinate with engineering, product, IT, compliance, customer trust, legal, procurement, and go-to-market teams as needed.
  • •Drive programs spanning security engineering, product/platform security, cloud and infrastructure security, identity and access management, vulnerability remediation, and secure software development.
  • •Develop enough understanding of architectures, data flows, control design, telemetry, and engineering dependencies to identify gaps, unblock decisions, and tie work to risk reduction and customer impact.
  • •Use metrics, dashboards, audit evidence, and stakeholder forums to surface material risks early and maintain accountability for globally distributed teams.
  • •Launch security capabilities with appropriate runbooks and support handoffs, customer assurance inputs, and awareness/GTM coordination so capabilities can operate at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in technical program management, security program management, security engineering operations, or a related technical delivery role, including 2+ years driving cybersecurity/cloud/infrastructure or compliance/audit readiness programs.
  • •2+ years working with security domains including secure SDLC, vulnerability management, security operations, identity and access management, cloud security, product/platform security, third-party risk, and security controls/frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI, SOC 2, FedRAMP).
  • •1+ year working with architecture, data flows, control design, and cloud/infrastructure dependencies to identify risks, ask precise technical questions, and communicate clearly.
  • •2+ years driving cross-functional technical execution across product, engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders, including ownership of program metrics, dashboards, executive updates, and decision records.
