Job Summary

Join RTX as a Principal Cost Controls Analyst for the ESSM Japan program, supporting cost control across a multi-year production effort. You’ll analyze program performance, manage EACs and forecasting, utilize SAP (APEX/PRISM/BW), and partner with Program Management, Cost Account Managers, and cross-functional leaders to ensure compliant cost collection and accurate financial reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
•Provide timely support for ad hoc analysis reporting to meet evolving organizational needs.
•Collaborate with Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership to support financial reviews and execution of a large-scope program.
•Support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) and analyze against Latest Revised Estimates (LRE).
•Be a trusted partner with program leadership to provide financial analysis and guidance to ensure compliant cost collection.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience).
•Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools.
•Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting information to management.
