Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess the effectiveness of management, operational, and technical security controls within or inherited by an information system.
  • •Perform oversight of IS security program policy and assess systems based on RMF and JSIG for SAP network infrastructure.
  • •Evaluate authorization packages, threats, vulnerabilities, and proposed changes to authorization boundaries; make recommendations to the AO/DAO.
  • •Prepare Security Assessment Reports (SAR) and initiate POA&M for assessed authorization boundaries based on SAR findings.
  • •Support compliance inspections and cybersecurity incidents, including documentation and corrective measures; review sanitizations and clearing procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of related experience in information system security, including prior performance as an ISSO/ISSM or SCA.
  • •Minimum of 4 years’ experience in SAP, SCI, or Collateral Information Systems security and implementation of the described regulations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline OR associate’s degree plus 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years).
  • •Information Assurance Technician Level III or Information Assurance Manager Level II certification within 6 months of the date of hire.
  • •Must be willing to sit for a CI polygraph and be able to regularly lift 50 lbs.
