Job Summary

Partner with the Strategy team to define, track, and analyze KPIs that support long-term strategic objectives. Build and maintain a KPI framework, translate goals into measurable targets, and collect/validate data from finance, operations, and market research. Deliver executive dashboards and reports, perform root-cause analysis on KPI variances with corrective recommendations, and support quarterly review sessions and strategic planning workshops while ensuring governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain a KPI framework for the Strategy business line.
•Collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategic goals into measurable KPIs.
•Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources including finance, operations, and market research.
•Produce performance dashboards and executive reports highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities.
•Conduct root-cause analysis on KPI variances, recommend corrective actions, and mentor junior analysts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
•2-4 years of experience in performance measurement, KPI management, or strategic analytics.
•Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel or SQL.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
