Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
  • •Provide planning for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used, and resolve disputes to approved levels.
  • •Direct the activities of service operators and lead the site crew (Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton employees).
  • •Coordinate cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job; perform necessary calculations for the total job.
  • •Promote safety and environmental compliance, train operators to improve performance, and ensure adherence to HSE regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience as Service Operator-Cementing, II.
  • •Possess or be willing to obtain licensure to drive commercial equipment if required.
  • •Strong communication skills to interact with crew and customers.
  • •Ability to perform job-related calculations and plan equipment needs.
  • •Commitment to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations and quality standards.
