Job Summary

Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I in a Financial Center, using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs, build profiles, and recommend appropriate retail and small business solutions. Acquire new households and deepen existing relationships through lobby and outreach activities, cross-selling, and appointing for periodic financial reviews. Process teller transactions, support risk and ethics requirements, collaborate with business partners, and help meet customer experience and production goals.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including presentations and business sales calls.
•Establish relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers for holistic solutions.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
