Drive strategic execution for an AI Neobank expansion by aligning leadership, establishing operating cadence, and turning priorities into measurable progress. You’ll manage OKRs and decision tracking, coordinate major cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations, and prepare executive materials and performance reviews. You’ll identify risks early, support sharper leadership trade-offs, and own special projects requiring senior judgment.
