Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently fill in and perform work while the regular worker is absent from the workstation.
  • •Distribute knives prior to shift start, swap out knives during shift, and collect knives at end of shift.
  • •Set up assigned lines with stands and ice.
  • •Train and cross-train incoming or current workers on new skills as needed.
  • •Maintain a clean and sanitary work area around the assigned line.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
  • •Basic math skills.
  • •Ability to perform one or more functions of the deboning process.
  • •Demonstrated leadership abilities.
