Job Summary

Seasoned sales leader responsible for driving go-to-market in the Nordic public sector, managing the full sales cycle with government agencies, regulators and law enforcement. You’ll build account maps, lead discovery, nurture executive relationships, shape strategic partnerships, and leverage AI-driven tools to close multi-million-dollar deals while navigating Nordic public procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Account Mapping — Connect with all current key stakeholders within assigned Nordic public sector accounts and map budgets, decision makers, influencers and ownership of processes across government agencies, regulators, and law enforcement.
•Prospecting — Discover new stakeholders across accounts, identify new agencies, and secure 8+ discovery meetings across at least 5 distinct Nordic agencies within the first 30 days.
•Nurturing — Plan and execute activities to nurture client relationships, referrals, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions, developing long-term strategic partnerships.
•Territory Strategy & Planning — Create and execute strategic plans for the Nordics that deliver revenue, growth, and retention goals with disciplined pipeline and forecasting.
•Product & Subject Matter Expertise — Deepen expertise in TRM's product suite and Nordic regulatory environment; run at least one innovation workshop per month with a priority agency.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of B2G SaaS or technology sales experience with a demonstrated ability to consistently deliver against net new sales targets, ideally within public sector, government, or regulatory environments in the Nordic region.
•Strong understanding of Nordic government workflows, public procurement processes, and the missions of regulatory and enforcement bodies related to financial crime or digital assets.
•Consultative selling: ability to establish credibility with senior government, financial, and compliance stakeholders and shape strategic technology partnerships.
•Storytelling and influence: natural storyteller able to convey value propositions to diverse government audiences.
•Familiarity with AML, CTF, KYC, and sanctions frameworks; interest/knowledge of cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and/or blockchains.
