Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute inventory management processes with a focus on maximizing accuracy and minimizing shrink.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating gaps with the General Manager as needed.
•Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Champion strong stockroom standards and visual floor execution to support business needs.
•Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading store operations and inventory management in a retail environment.
•Strong ability to investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with cross-functional teams.
•Experience managing key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and stockroom standards.
•Demonstrated leadership and ability to recruit, develop, and supervise Operations Associates and other store staff.
•Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to move teams toward results.
