Job Summary

The Sales & Technical Advisor builds and maintains relationships with builders, retailers and contractors in the Antwerp region, promoting Sika products and providing technical trainings, demonstrations and advice on product applications. You’ll participate in open days, fairs and events, and work within a collaborative, international team to drive growth in the construction materials sector.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell Sika products to merchants in building materials, ironmongery, tiles, wood and paint.
•Proactively visit contractors to identify opportunities and grow the customer base in the Antwerp region.
•Provide technical trainings, demonstrations and advice on product applications to merchants and contractors.
•Participate in open days, fairs and events organized by Sika.
•Collaborate within a strong team and contribute to a sustainable and safety-focused work environment.

Key Requirements

•Passion for building strong customer relationships within the construction sector and results-driven attitude.
•Affinity for techniques and applications in construction.
•Experience in a commercial role, or willingness to pursue one.
•Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and a CRM system (Salesforce).
