Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the monthly payroll cycle end-to-end, including inputs, deductions, overtime, and employee changes.
  • •Act as the main point of contact for PRO and government-related matters, including visas, labor cards, residence permits, and renewals.
  • •Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, handling onboarding, offboarding, and employment status changes.
  • •Support attendance tracking and monthly HR reporting, keeping HR systems and employee files updated.
  • •Support employee onboarding and queries, help with employee relations, and handle disciplinary matters per policy and law.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of HR experience in Oman.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • •Omani National.
  • •Proven experience managing payroll end-to-end.
  • •Strong hands-on PRO/government relations experience and knowledge of Omani labor law.
