Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing AI strategy aligned to long-term objectives and marketing priorities.
  • •Map and optimize core marketing processes to identify where AI workflow transformation can deliver the highest leverage.
  • •Architect and deploy AI-driven workflows to augment creativity, streamline collaboration, reduce time-to-market, and improve cost or productivity.
  • •Partner with the enterprise AI COE to drive change management, establish governance/ethical standards, and roll out training best practices.
  • •Audit and collaborate with agencies and technology partners to assess AI capabilities, manage vendors/tools, and ensure foundational data architecture supports AI applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •12+ years of marketing leadership experience across end-to-end marketing lifecycles (brand strategy, creative production, media planning, measurement).
  • •Proven ability to identify, pilot, and scale emerging technologies/MarTech in large enterprises.
  • •Strong strategic and analytical thinking to translate complex technical capabilities into practical marketing applications.
  • •Experience implementing generative AI, machine learning, or automated workflow tools in a CPG marketing function or digital agency.
