Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and supervise day-to-day operations to meet SLAs, quality requirements, and agreed processes.
  • •Work with partners to ensure timely, high-standard delivery, and manage continuity planning for SPOF.
  • •Ensure processes are documented, knowledge is gathered and shared, and analyze output to identify errors, trends, and capacity issues.
  • •Contribute to business planning with financial insights, and develop document management systems for financial records.
  • •Lead financial services projects and reporting, resolve financial discrepancies and team challenges, and manage talent including performance reviews, coaching, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • •Confirmed experience leading and motivating large, complex teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to set clear priorities, plan and distribute workload, and supervise team performance.
  • •Strong people leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring day-to-day specialists.
  • •Ability to explain sophisticated technical accounting topics clearly to non-experts and to understand and refine stakeholder requirements.
