Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Account Receivables including: booking incoming cash, invoicing and credit invoicing, monitoring the AR inbox, addressing AR queries, completing vendors forms and online payment platforms, performing aging analysis, booking and reconciling credit card payments, and producing weekly reports for centre and function heads.
  • •Contribute to monthly/quarterly/annual financial closings: balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition tasks, producing DSO, bad debts and unpaids reports, and supporting the audit process for AR.
  • •Oversee Credit Control by coordinating with stakeholders on collections, sending payment reminders, and managing overdue invoices with external partners/members.
  • •Lead Projects to improve key performance metrics for unpaids and implement tools to enhance credit control.
  • •Prepare and present reports to management and assist with ad-hoc initiatives within the Accounts Receivable landscape.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor in finance or Brevet Federal in Accounting
  • •3 to 5 years of experience in financial accounting
  • •Excellent knowledge in cost accounting and VAT
  • •Excellent spoken and written English - French is an advantage
  • •Ability to organize workload and to prioritise multiple workstreams
