Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage project teams through discovery, design, build, and configuration to deliver solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers.
  • •Be the primary client contact to mitigate risks and set expectations for customers to ensure successful engagement.
  • •Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance artifacts (status decks, milestone decks, RAID logs, burn reports).
  • •Monitor and report on project status, including risks and issues that may impact schedule, budget, or quality.
  • •Identify staffing needs, define team responsibilities, and drive change orders and customer training as part of project deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong professional experience in project management.
  • •Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • •Project management experience with software or custom development implementations (ideally in a consulting environment).
  • •Proven ability to work across global teams and influence project contributors and stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Waterfall and/or SCRUM methodologies.
