Lead and grow the Parts & Services Division (PSD) in Chile by driving profitable expansion across aftermarket products, services, spare parts, and customer support. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the overall business performance of the Parts & Services Division (PSD).
•Develop and execute commercial and operational strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
•Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and EBIT delivery.
•Strengthen relationships with key mining customers and strategic accounts.
•Lead multidisciplinary teams across service, technical support, supply chain, and commercial functions to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, aftermarket, services, or industrial businesses.
•Proven leadership experience managing commercial, operational, and technical teams.
•Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability.
•Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
