Job Summary

Support APS excellence for Pandora’s Master Planning team by resolving APS issues with key stakeholders, reviewing KPI variance, and ensuring correct planning parameters and master data. Coordinate stakeholders to define optimal APS functionality, reports, and planning requirements, and drive APS improvement initiatives. Execute APS system setup, updates, testing, changes, and change management, acting as first-tier support and assisting with data migration and implementation readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve APS issues across Global Supply Chain Excellence, Manufacturing Technology, IT, Master Planning, Supply Chain Excellence, and APS Vendor.
•Review performance variance against KPI targets and ensure corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
•Validate planning parameters and master data accuracy (e.g., STD accuracy), coordinating with MDM for corrections.
•Coordinate APS definition activities by determining optimal APS functionality, parameters, and required reports to ensure plan adherence; gather requirements and propose solutions.
•Execute APS delivery work including system setup, updates, tests, changes, and change management (business readiness, training materials, and communication), supporting implementation with data migration and debugging.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
•More than 3 years of experience in production scheduling or capacity planning.
•Proven track record of project management and implementation.
•Familiarity with agile mindset and business analysis principles, with knowledge of MOM, Manufacturing ERP, or APS.
•Skilled in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., AX, SAP); Python knowledge is a plus.
