Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance interventions in line with safety requirements (LOTO, high-voltage controls, machine guarding, interlocks, permit-to-work, approved work-instructions), and enforce safe restoration to service.
  • •Build and execute prioritized shift maintenance plans from production schedules, equipment condition, and CMMS backlog; manage parts/tools/permits, escalation routes, and disciplined work-order control.
  • •Own preventive maintenance performance and quality by reviewing PM attainment, ensuring correct recording of measurements and condition-monitoring results, and converting findings into follow-up work.
  • •Command breakdown response: establish safe conditions, contain risks, coordinate fault-finding and diagnostics (schematics/alarms/PLC and mechanical/electrical checks), and validate repair quality via functional checks.
  • •Lead continuous improvement using QRQC, structured root-cause analysis (5-Why, fishbone, RCA), drive 6S/Kaizen/standard work, coach technicians via OJT, and support launch/commissioning deliverables and acceptance readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical diploma or associate qualification in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, or a closely related discipline.
  • •4+ years of industrial maintenance experience coordinating technicians, shift work, or maintenance response in a production environment.
  • •Hands-on experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment with safe mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
  • •Working knowledge of CMMS, preventive maintenance, breakdown response, spare-parts control, and structured problem solving.
  • •Ability to complete site-required electrical, high-voltage, machine, station, LOTO, and permit-to-work qualifications; fluent Arabic and working-level English.
