Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploying and maintaining Data Center infrastructure.
  • •Racking, stacking and wiring servers, power distribution units, and switches.
  • •Installing servers, switches, routers, and storage hardware.
  • •Submitting RMA to equipment manufacturers and shipping and receiving gear to and from remote locations and vendors.
  • •Submitting and tracking remote work requests and managing server and component inventory.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience deploying, maintaining, and working in a data center environment.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, hardware, and Linux operating systems, with experience diagnosing and repairing hardware, executing upgrades, and performing hardware installations.
  • •Proficient in Linux OS, including working with terminal sessions and command-line interfaces.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • •Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and travel domestically and internationally (10%–15% travel).
