Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all aspects of the tool room, including repair, modification, and development of tooling to support production needs.
•Lead, motivate, and coach tool room employees; assign daily activities based on skill set and mold priorities.
•Maintain and safely operate machinery and equipment.
•Evaluate molds and work with Process Technicians to identify and resolve tooling issues; review new mold and part designs for functionality and manufacturability.
•Ensure molds are cleaned and inspect cavities for wear, damage, or blockages; support corrective actions and root cause analysis.
