Key Responsibilities

  • •Take tactical responsibility of local key suppliers and manage sourcing flow from requirements to material delivery.
  • •Participate in New Product Development projects as the sourcing representative.
  • •Drive new-item creation RFQ processes according to Eaton policies, including supplier selection and price negotiations.
  • •Ensure the supply base meets targets for cost, quality, and availability, while supporting supplier resiliency and capacity increases.
  • •Identify supply risks, develop mitigation tactics, support global procurement teams, and drive cost reduction with monthly savings reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Logistics, SCM, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • •Experience in purchasing and sourcing from the manufacturing industry.
  • •Fluent Finnish and English.
  • •Strong sourcing-process capability including RFQ processes, supplier selection, and price negotiation.
  • •Experience with SAP and analytics tools (BI, Excel).
