Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build agentic AI solutions that take real actions for real organizations in production environments.
  • •Create agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end from architecture decisions through deployed, validated, observable production.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines and perform data modeling and validation using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
  • •Partner with customers and the Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into solutions, and surface platform gaps and field insights.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through.
  • •Customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with willingness to expand.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and explaining prompt failures and improvements.
