Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of performance and quality, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver reliable, client-focused outputs.
  • •Plan and execute work, identifying opportunities to add value and acting independently or escalating for support when needed.
  • •Administer and manage contracts, ensuring accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management, and control of variances and cashflow.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, programme performance, cost control, and value engineering while maintaining governance and best practice.
  • •Provide commercial leadership by improving forecast accuracy and ensuring timely agreement of final accounts, while contributing to internal excellence through lessons learned and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • •NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience.
  • •Cost/commercial management experience on Energy (nuclear, renewables, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, low carbon) or Infrastructure (water/utilities/rail/roads/aviation) projects.
  • •Experience working on major programmes or project portfolios.
  • •Professional Chartership (preferable).
