Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full pre-production operation across expedition (inbound receiving), internal transport, and reverse logistics.
  • •Drive performance through KPIs using minutes-per-box and convert operational data into actionable decisions.
  • •Coach, challenge, and develop a team of team leads and ~100 warehouse staff to build ownership and continuous improvement.
  • •Ensure safety compliance is lived on the floor and every team member goes home safe.
  • •Own WMS governance and data quality, and lead site-level projects such as transitions, WMS developments, and process redesigns.
