Drive the commercial real estate (CRE) loan closing process end to end, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation for complex transactions. Serve as a control point for regulatory requirements and industry standards, review and clear due diligence items, and prepare closing statements and system-of-record updates. Resolve complex lending issues, coordinate with lenders, borrowers, legal teams, and stakeholders, and mentor junior loan closers while improving closing efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and manage the entire commercial loan closing process for complex CRE transactions.
•Provide compliance oversight as a control point for regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., Flood and OFAC).
•Order, review, and coordinate due diligence items (e.g., flood determinations, insurance, title commitments) and prepare closing statements and system-of-record forms.
•Clear post-closing items and collateral exceptions, ensure accuracy of loan/customer information, and manage closing checklists/files to standards.
•Train and mentor junior loan closers, identify process improvements, and support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 140,000 annually

•Manage complex lending issues by collaborating with stakeholders and escalating/mitigating risks as needed.
