Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop engaging learning solutions for multiple sales channels, tailoring content to audience needs.
  • •Deliver training across product knowledge, sales process, and selling skills, including accreditation support for life insurance sales.
  • •Plan and facilitate workshops with internal and external subject matter experts to keep teams up to date on market insights, regulatory/industry updates, and insurance expertise.
  • •Collaborate with Group Learning and senior stakeholders to shape and manage the end-to-end training agenda and projects across channels.

Key Requirements
