Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor and uphold Fitness First brand standards.
  • •Provide market-leading fitness expertise and deliver safe, effective exercise instruction with member support and corrections.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs and session delivery to the client base.
  • •Complete training and development requirements (MY ZONE/6D/RISE certifications and CPD).
  • •Handle training administration including goals, updating sessions in the Fitness Enterprise System, scheduling/rota, and maintaining client documentation and signatures.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education (A level or equivalent) and Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements.
  • •Undergo and complete certification for MY ZONE, 6D and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •Maintain REPs certification by completing 10 CPD points per year.
  • •Have in-depth knowledge of My Zone, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
