Job Summary

Receive, store, and issue finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. Conduct physical counts, cycle counts, and manage excess stock using ERP bookings to ensure real-time stock accuracy. Coordinate unloading/loading for shipments, safeguard inventory from damage or pilferage, and perform warehouse inspections while following EHS practices across the site.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement good warehousing procedures for recording, storage, and inventory control.
•Maintain adequate stock levels and perform receiving of deliveries for conformance to specifications.
•Perform inventory counts and manage excess stock, ensuring ERP inventory accuracy and real-time transaction encoding.
•Accurately issue parts and materials against work orders, and ensure proper rotation, storage, and issuance of materials/components.
•Conduct warehouse inspections, safeguard inventory against breakage/pilferage, and follow EHS practices across the site.

Key Requirements

•Complete at least a vocational program or a 2-year college education (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•1 to 4 years of experience in warehousing.
•Working knowledge of warehouse operations such as receiving, shipping, and stockroom.
•Knowledge of cycle count and maintaining accurate inventory.
•Experience operating forklifts (NCII license is a plus) and working knowledge of an ERP system and barcode process.
