Drive growth strategy and manage portfolio risk for the Institutional Client Group in Korea, supporting the wider institutional client franchise. Key Responsibilities

•Drive the growth strategy of the business and manage risk on the portfolio.
•Proactively understand client business needs and identify solutions to address client challenges.
•Drive revenue growth across Korean financial institutional clients and international institutions investing into Korea, and achieve team targets for revenue, product alignment, customer satisfaction, and cost containment.
•Identify opportunities and deliver presentations for new products and services, including conducting senior client meetings.
•Serve as line manager, collaborate with internal stakeholders including product partners, ensure compliance with internal and external rules, and act as First Line of Defence for financial crime and credit risk management.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
•Knowledge of the Korean financial industry, institutional client market, and regulatory environment.
•Knowledge of banking, markets, and securities services products.
•Advanced understanding of risk management, risk mitigation, and Client Due Diligence risks.
•Strong interpersonal, sales, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the most senior level.
