Job Summary

Analyze and consolidate learnings from growth experiments across pricing, loyalty, promotions, CRM, and performance marketing to guide strategy for the Q-commerce business. Drive end-to-end projects by translating business needs into actionable insights and recommendations. Work closely with Growth leaders across Glovo markets, identify opportunities to increase user base, frequency, retention, and profitability, and expand the Q-commerce growth roadmap.

•Gain a 360 understanding of Q-commerce growth levers and optimize strategy across pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, consumer understanding, finance planning, customer experience, performance marketing, CRM and incentives, and communications.
•Lead analysis and consolidation of learnings from growth experiments, clarifying what worked, what didn’t, and what should be improved.
•Drive end-to-end projects by translating business challenges into insights, actions, and measurable results.
•Create insightful analysis to help teams challenge the status quo and make the right decisions.
•Identify growth opportunities to increase user base, frequency, retention, and maximize profitability while working with Glovo leaders across markets.

Key Requirements

•Expertise in Google Sheets/Excel and strong SQL skills.
•3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
•A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
•Experience with Looker or similar tools, with interest in other querying languages.
•Strong project management skills and clear communication, visualization, and storytelling.
