Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and troubleshoot ERP integrations using Postman, logs, observability tooling, and ERP knowledge
  • •Work with REST APIs and JSON payloads (authentication, data mappings, and API error responses) to reproduce issues and validate integration behavior
  • •Serve as a technical bridge between Engineering, Product, Support, QA, and external ERP platforms
  • •Support customer and application onboarding and participate in integration triage and production health monitoring
  • •Improve ERP Connect documentation and support processes and capture solutions gained from investigations

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience supporting APIs/integrations or related technical support roles
  • •Strong hands-on daily experience with Postman for investigations and integration support
  • •Expertise with REST APIs, HTTP, and JSON, including authentication, data mappings, and interpreting API error responses
  • •Experience troubleshooting API/integration issues and performing production support with observability tooling
  • •Experience supporting customer or application onboarding and ability to communicate across technical and customer-facing teams
