Staff Accountant, Fixed Assets

Perform accounting and analysis for capital projects and fixed assets, supporting accurate and timely general ledger month-end close. Calculate capitalized interest and depreciation, capitalize CIP projects, maintain fixed-asset records, reconcile fixed-asset accounts monthly, and assist with property tax filings and audit requests. Provide variance reporting on capital expenditures to FP&A and Operations, prepare depreciation forecasts, and support special projects as needed.
